The Coaching Process
Consult.
Schedule a free consultation to discuss your vision and goals for the process. This gives you a chance to determine if its worth it.
Assessment.
Complete the intake questionnaire. Once finished, I’ll assess your current situation, evaluate your goals, and develop a holistic plan for customized specifically for you.
Action.
You begin the plan.
I’ll keep you on target.
Weekly virtual or in person meetings and consistent check ins will occur to analyze your progress and make adjustments, as necessary.
Keep Going.
After three months, we will revisit your goals. At this point, you may be able to continue your journey without coaching. You may also decide to continue the process in which case we will retake the assessment and create an evolved plan based on your progress.
